Dan, you obviously know your stuff well but you actually seen any documentation coming out of HUD regarding this extension? The only thing I was able to track down was an article written by an LA Times reporter that actually quotes someone from HUD saying they “expect to extend it”. As we all know, that doesn’t mean they will.
Any HUD links you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
