Ticket Discount Deadlines
We encourage early registrations and offer meaningful discounts off the full price ticket. Tickets are limited in quantities at various price breaks. If you know you will be attending, purchasing your ticket now will save meaningful dollars.

Will you be selling tickets at the door?
No. We do not sell tickets at the door.

Is there parking at the event?
Yes. FREE Parking.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. Gwinnett Center is fully Handicap Accessible.

Transfers, Cancellation & Refunds
At any time prior to 30 days before the event, you are welcome to 1) Transfer your ticket to anyone within your organization or 2) Receive a Refund of price paid, less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations requested after the Deadline, as well as “no shows”, will be liable for the full ticket price.

Photo & Video Release
Occasionally, we use video and photographs of participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at RETSO, we reserve the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Last year I received an email from SCHED after I purchased a ticket. Did you sell my name to a vendor?
Absolutley Not! SCHED is a service we use to help you design your session calendar. SCHED is available each Attendee as a FREE service.

Are group tickets for sale, or a discounted rate for groups?
Yes. Group tickets purchases are available in groups of 50. Please contact Mike Pennington (Mike[at]RETSO.com) for more information.
